You can also do a joint mailing list with another business and share the cost. In return, each business can endorse the other’s products and services. This gains you a whole new customer base.

For example, when you purchase certain products from the cosmetics counter, you are sometimes given a free makeup pouch or sample perfume as a gift. In the same way, offering a free sample or gift with the products or services offered by your business can increase your customer base. Keeping in touch reminds your customers that you are aware of their presence and appreciate their business.
