Entrepreneurs are people that posses the necessary skills to achieve profitable business result in their specific fields. However the major difference between business entrepreneurs and other business man is that the business entrepreneurs do not want the ownership or the total responsibility of the business because:

  • The entrepreneur lack the initial investment and also could not afford the financial burden of the business.

  • The Entrepreneurs must have a firm reputation in the market
Most entrepreneurs will succeed by doing less by making use of other business resources and having an active share in the business profits. Entrepreneurs will succeed by doing less as:


  • They do not have to indulge with every other activity of the business and only have to focus on their specific activities. This greatly reduces the work load of the entrepreneur and helps him to clearly focus in brining profits to himself and the business.
  • Entrepreneurs do not have to provide finance and other resources to the business as its deal with the business is only limited to bring trade for them and increase their profits. This cuts off most of the work as the entrepreneurs do not have to worry about any financial commitment.
  • Entrepreneurs are provided with a work team and professionals to assist him in several matters. This allows the entrepreneurs to succeed by doing less and using all the assistance provided to him. However it's very important that the entrepreneurs prove his worth to the business by bringing in profits to the organizations.
There are several means by which and entrepreneurs can achieve the desire result and have success while working less. Most entrepreneurs link themselves with other business while there are entrepreneurs that run a business on partnership. Some entrepreneurs hires staff of different technical skill and use there working ability and their managerial talent to succeed by doing less themselves.
