Freelance graphic designing is done like all other free lance jobs. Here the person who is designing does it on his own will and is not related to any company or any organization. These were in older days done personally and people used to mail their work to the company. But now days it is all done online. First the person who is interesting in doing a designer's jobs seek out the opportunities. That can be through any means such as internet or the newspaper. If it is online than he has to create his resume or the company's website online and has to submit it. If it is through any other means than he has to mail his resume to the company. Then after creating the resume or after submitting it he submits his sample graphic designs that can be of wallpapers, screensaver or any other thing done on computers. Once he submits it the company sees whether he is capable of being hired or not.
This can be a good start for a person as here he has to work on his own. One can sit home and make his designs even if he is an amateur and then sell I to the companies.
After his resume is considered deeply and if he is capable of designing for a particular company so they contact him and offer him a certain amount of money to for his designs.
If the designer likes the amount he is being paid he immediately accepts the offer and give his designs to the company.
The other way is that the website of the company is always open for the people who are trying to give their designs. They submit their designs their
and immediately at the moment are paid.
The modes of payments here can be online payments as well as cash in hand. In the second type mentioned above mostly the designers are paid through online transactions.

The advantage of the free lance designer is that he is not bound to a limit. When ever he feels like designing a page he designs it by his own choice and sells it to the company giving him the highest price.
Even if not a company they also do it for the individuals those who are willing to buy graphic designs for themselves.
The disadvantage here is that these free lance workers are not in contact or are not hired by any company so if their design is not liked by any of the company and the individuals so he cannot do anything about it. But if he is working for any organization so then he will be getting a monthly payment whether his designs are good or not.
Free lance graphic design as compare to a normal is a less adopted occupation.
