When people seek a business that is easy and requires little time
and effort, the business that interests them is Network Marketing,
commonly associated with Multilevel Marketing (MLM). Network Marketing
involves selling products to the end customer by employing distributors
to market the various products offered by a company.
Background
Traditionally, selling products moves the product from different
locations before finally getting to the end user. For example, a
product is being moved from where it is manufactured to the wholesaler,
then the retailer, and then to the consumer. This takes a lot time
and money from the manufacturing company, and can be avoided. That
money and time can be saved through the use of Network marketing.
The manufacturing company employs people who act as distributors,
marketing the product directly to the consumer.
Payment
An incredible amount of money can be made in a Network marketing
business. Commissions are paid when the consumers receive their
products, and when additional distributors join the force. As the
organization grows, the scope for more people to join increases.
The payment given is known as a ‘downline’ payment
system. For example, if you refer twenty distributors you will earn
a commission on the total of their combined sales plus on the commission
that you have earned by selling your own set of products. Network
marketing, and the payment system that employs, is the best way
to make the most money without working very hard because you earn
commission on what the distributors you have referred sell.
Scams
The Network marketing business, like any other business, has its
pros and cons. Some businesses offered in connection with Network
Marketing are scams, so you need to be quite careful with whom you
choose to do business. Avoiding scams is relatively easy when you
know what to look out for. Websites that offer fast, easy cash with
little or no effort should raise a red flag as scams. Network Marketing
is an easier means of earning, but you cannot earn a profit doing
nothing at all.
Hard work is essential in the beginning. You need to know the business
and everything about products you to sell, how to market the product,
and what kind of support and training the manufacturer will offer.
You also need to know if the training will be conducted online,
offline or a mixture of both. The right tools, people and training
are the main ingredients in a successful Network marketing business.
Freedom
Network marketing businesses allow their distributors freedom from
the alarm clock, the commute, and getting permission for long awaited
vacations. Distributors are in charge of their own earnings and
take full responsibility for their work, and control of their lives.
