What are key relations between an organization and the market?


When an organization is developed nearly all the steps taken are in consideration to the market. The business of an organization is totally dependant in the type of market it is doing the business. There are a number of things which have a relation with the market.


These things are totally dependant and for the business's success one has to undertake and consider them:

    2. When starting a business the first thing to consider is that what ever business or organization you are about run, do you have the finance or capital to make it stand in the market. Obviously, a business needs risk to be taken. For an average, in the first one year the business does not progress then it slowly starts towards progressing. The amount of capital must be so much that it should not go towards downfall in the first year.

    3. Location of the organization is one of the main factors. The location should be according to the business being initiated. For instance, if a franchise of Mc Donald's would be started on a highway, it would obviously fail to work. If a manufacturing organization is being started so the location should be nearer to the market so that the transportation and other bringing of raw materials are easier. Hence, location is one of the most important things.


  3. Transportation

    4. Transportation is another important factor which must be considered. Transportation should be such which does not affect the company in a negative manner that is that transportation must cost the company more. That is why it is important to select a proper location. Secondly, the transportation must be such which does not affect the goods being taken from one place to another. In other words, it should be safe enough.

    5. Selecting the form of organization according to the market is also another essential task. Many people take it very lightly but this decision affects the organization badly. If the organization is a joint stock company and in that market shares are not of that value as they should be, then the organization is in trouble.


  5. Marketing

    6. One of the main and the basic factors for running a business is marketing. Generally, people don't consider marketing as an important thing. Marketing is an essential factor. Because of marketing only you represent your business to people and then these people make it fail or successful. If the marketing is not proper, then the business cannot run because the marketing only determines the quality of the business.
