The Most Common Health Issues


There are several common health issues that a person faces and has to deal with. These health conditions although not serious can affect a person because with these illnesses and health issues, a person can suffer from drowsiness, lethargy and loss of focus while on the job and in daily chores. These conditions usually fade away with time, but if such common health issues persist, it's better to consult the doctor than to prolong the condition and risk more damage.


Listed below are some of the common health issues:

Insomnia

This is considered be one of the common health issues that a person faces. This is a medical condition in which a person suffers from sleeplessness and cannot take a proper sleep during night time. The probable reason for this condition is stress and mental weakness. This condition can affect the person as the patient suffering from insomnia also suffers from lethargy and tiredness. The sickness is curable and is treated by light medications.

Sinus infection

A sinus infection is also a common health condition and can cause a pressure in the eyes, nose, cheek area, and could also lead to the throat infection. Mostly the sickness is curable at its early stages and with proper consultancy of the doctors it does not impose serious threat to a person. However, if the infection persist and seriously bother a person than complete medical examination should be taken to avoid any serious issues.

The common cold

The common cold is one of the most widespread sicknesses and although it's a mild condition but it can lead to high fever, throat infections and sinus issues. The sickness can be caused due to infections, change in working environment, exposure to heat etc. This sickness also effect the everyday working capability of the individual as a person having this illness develops shivers and headaches and cannot concentrates of daily chores.

Chicken pocks

It is also a mild disease which is highly contagious and is known to be caused by a virus called "herpes zoster". This sickness can effect all ages. The person develops rash on skin which is irritable. The incubation period of this sickness is normally 2 weeks. During this common health issue a person can also have fever and an individual usually feels drowsy.

Throat infection

This is also a common health issue. Throat infection can also result in high fever. A person having this problem usually has a sore throat. The infection can led to pain on swallowing and eating food. This condition usually last for about a week and if it lingers on then it's very important that the person consult the doctor and then take medications according to the doctor's consultancy.
