into the workplace. This is a good provided that there are also
signs of improving employee stress. It is pointless trying to show

managerial strategies. Having such entertainment is helpful in relieving
stress, but when conditions in the workplace can be solved they
should be. It is a very different situation when the workplace has
an overload of work or a type of work that demands immense concentration
which causes stress. Entertainment does not relieve stress that
is of this kind.
