Yes! One has to think wealthy to be wealthy. Thinking wealthy and rich doesn't actually means that one has to pay for his ideas or sort but therefore it relates to the concept that one has to think fruitful and quality ideas to work on which can bring him endless returns.
The kind of lifestyle one leads is dependant upon his own mentality, mental level, his power of creativity, commitment to his work and certain other things which one undertakes in order to be successful in life.
For thinking wealthy one has to over come all his hang-ups and complexes and think of what he can make out of life rather being influenced by others and walking on their footsteps without having the similar abilities.
His ideas must be worth of getting him what he wants .One has to be free from all anxieties and gaieties as to give his thoughts a better and a brighter part through which he can freely think of whatever he wants to do in what ever manner.
As written before ones thinking must not be restricted by any source then only he can think rich of making his life in the way he wants. He has to think how to amend his source of income by growing and improving his own self-possessed qualities up to the standard prevailing in that particular field of his interest.
As he starts caring about his source of earning revenues he starts improving his thoughts and it becomes richer day by day. He meditates over how he can earn more and more and but this doesn't anyway means that he is thinking wealthy..as u never know who is thinking what!
'Thinking wealthy' can also be termed as thinking quality and better and better and better as his interest grows deeper and older in his concern but if his thinking is stagnant and is not growing further then it can be said that he is weak at his thinking power because the one who isn't learning from his experience cant make anything further in life.

Elaborating on text, it must be included that a person whose thinking is poor and he is unable of thinking excellence and perfection than he cant be successful in life through the right way..maybe there are different other ways of getting wealthy those are against the law where thinking wealthy doesn't matter than thinking worst.
For instance if there is a deficiency of fast food restaurants in a particular place; a person with well brains will definitely try to establish that sort of restaurants as the demand of it is high, naturally when the demand is high people will be attracted towards him and he will earn great returns which will make him wealthy...here his thinking is defined as a wealthy thinking.
To conclude, it must be said that a person with wealthy thinking definitely reaches a stage where he is said to be wealthy whether merely by money or by his character.
