a professional look. Some of the most widely used stationery
include: business cards, letterhead and envelopes.
.
BUSINESS CARDS
Business cards are made from card stock paper and usually measures
2 ¼” x 1 ¼”. The business card gives
simple information about the card holder such as name, position,
company name, and contact details. It is important not to put
too much information on a business card. Any additional information
desired should be put on the back of the card so that the face
is not cluttered.
Business cards are presented to many people so they should
be well designed and printed on good paper. Most companies
use paper with a glossy finish. Professional white or off-white
stock paper is generally the cheapest.
It is not recommended to have business cards designed and
printed by free sites. As compelling as it may sound, these
cards come printed with and advertisement from the print company
embedded on the card. This gives the impression of lack of
professionalism and can be detrimental to business.

Letterhead is a vital piece of marketing material. It usually
shows the company logo, company name, address and contact
information and serves as a reminder of the business to the
recipient.
